There can be no doubt that Karen from Smart Ed is capable, considerate, and competent. Her support through difficult times was unfailing and she always has a clear sense of what needs to be done and carries it out promptly and professionally. Even though Karen had much work to get through, especially through the difficulties and uncertainties of the 2020 GCSE and A levels she always took time to keep me informed of the situation and let me know what would be required next. I cannot praise Smart Ed UK enough. At a time when nearly all the exam centres across the country were dropping their private candidates during the covid19 crisis as they felt unable to judge and rank their work, we were lucky enough to find Smart Ed. They took on my home educated daughter despite not knowing her and worked tirelessly talking to her tutors, reviewing her work and marking mock papers to ensure she got the grades she deserved. I found Smart Ed UK to be very helpful when doing my exams this year. They were very professional and knowledgeable about changes to the exams due to coronavirus and made the process a lot less stressful!
Karen at SMART Ed was wonderfully supportive to my son and his education, particularly during the COVID period and before. She actually cared, a lot. In my son's case he had, at times, found it challenging to fit in with the mainstream state school providers where subjectivity can impact on the treatment received in class. However, independent learning is very objective and perhaps a better measure of a persons ability and determination together with the quality of support received. All in all, it was an excellent service during the whole process, and my son's hard work (plus our investment in this external tuition) has paid off with thanks.
Fantastic service from Karen yet again (she tutored my son over 10 years ago). Excellent insight into the English subject and exam technique, making my daughter think differently when approaching the questions.
